Our house was built in 1997, we moved in in 2006. Our hardwood floors on the 1st floor needed considerable work after years of wear - water stains, surface scratches, some minor dings to the wood. Ozzy did a great job with the estimation and scheduling process, and gave us a great price. The level of quality exceeded by expectations - what a difference !
